2021 Spring Classes

Spring has officially sprung and I am feeling it not just in the blue skies and blossoms everywhere, but in the music we are making! It seems that slowly, cautiously, joyfully we are getting together to make music together in person. My masked porch lessons are the highlight of my days. This time of isolation will end and returning to normal music making is in sight. In the meantime, we are still hosting several classes over zoom! My spring Music Together classes are full, but there are openings with other teachers. Stay tuned for in-person Music Together classes this summer! Feel free to email me or call me with any questions.

Warmly,
Maggie

String Band Class

April 27 – June 15, 2021

We are so thrilled to have Sophie back teaching the fiddle section of String Band Class along with Patrick Lind teaching guitar and Maggie Lind teaching clawhammer banjo. We will meet for 8 Tuesdays from 7-8:30pm Pacific Time. Can’t make that time? You can audit the class to receive all of the source muisc, instructional videos, and other resources. Our focus will be great tunes for summer jamming! Check out the details and register here.

Guitar Classes

April 19 – June 11, 2021

I am teaching 4 levels of guitar classes. Intro continuing, and Beginners 1, 2, 3. If you are brand new to guitar and would like to learn from scratch, let me know and we may find a large enough cohort to start a new Intro to Guitar group lesson.

Private Lessons

I teach over zoom or socially distanced on my porch in NE Portland. I would love to work with you one on one to achieve your guitar or banjo goals at your own pace!
